It's almost time to go Off The Beatson Track!
This summer our annual 10k walk 'Off The Beatson Track' will be returning for its 9th year taking place on 28th August 2022!
The last 8 years has seen over 11,000 participants walk over 70,000 miles - making it Glasgow's biggest, best and most yellow sponsored walk. This fun filled 6.5 mile walk is fully accessible and perfect for all ages and a great day out with family entertainment. Check out the route further down this page!
Sign up your friends, family, colleagues and dogs in 2022 and be with us to show support for patients and families facing cancer.
Head along to Riverside Museum for 10 am to meet your team members, pick up any remaining T-Shirts and, after a warm up by the fantastic Zumba Sisters, the walk will start at 11 am for yellow wristbands and 11.15am for silverwristbands. We look forward to going Off The Beatson Track with you!
You can still register this Sunday - from 10.00 am at the Riverside Museum. (We recommend you sign up pre-event as this will save you time on the day) To register on the day please come to our charity marquee where our friendly team will be able to sign you up.
Plan your journey
We would strongly recommend you take public transport on Sunday. Partick Train Station is just a short walk from The Riverside Museum and there are also frequent buses to Partick.
Car parking at the Riverside Museum will be extremely limited on the day and will be available on a first come first served basis. Due to new parking rules at the Riverside Museum, you are required to purchase a ticket at the pay and display machines for 2 hours, this will cost £3.60. Please remember to bring change for the machines if you are unable to use the Ringo app. Then come to the registration stand and ask for a Beatson Cancer Charity parking pass.
